Resetting Your Password
Passwords expire every 100 days. Only Admin users are able to reset passwords.
You will be prompted to change your password after logging in if your password has expired. Do this by entering your current (expired) password followed by your new password. After successfully completing this step, you will be automatically returned to the Main Menu.
Helpful Hint: You can update your expired password by changing the number. (ex: Password#1 can be changed to Password#2)
Forgot Your Password?
After entering your BEN, if you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password?" After answering your security questions, you will be able to reset your account password. After successfully completing this step, you will return to the welcome screen. Login using your new password.
